Telink International Call offers per-minute international Calling Rates starting as low as 1yen to 18countries, also great rates to many other 286 countries.

Q:How do I use Telink International Call?
Just Dial one of our access points and the destination phone numbers (Country Code + Phone number) + #. When using One-Step-Dial, dial the specified number (like 003246) and continue dialing the destination phone number. (Country Code + Phone number)
Q:Can I make the dialing process easier?
It is convenient to register the access point number and the destination phone number in your phone book. It should be registered "Access point number + [Pose] + Destination phone number".
Q:Can I make international calls to mobile phones overseas?
Yes, It is possible to make international calls to mobile phones overseas.
Q:What do we need to use Telink International Call?
Just sign up with us. You do not need any special equipments. You can start using without constructing anything. However, you cannot use Telink International Call with an analog telephone (pulse method). Use TONE dialing mode and turn call ID active as well.
Q:What is a registered phone number?
Telink International Call can be used from the only registered phone numbers and caller ID must be active. You are not able to use Telink International Call from public phones. When you place calls from IP phones, the number shown on caller ID can be the one starting "050"so make sure your phone number before registering.
Q:Where are the access points located?
Domestic access points are currently located in 011(Sapporo), 022(Sendai), 03(Tokyo 1), 03(Tokyo 2), 042(Tachikawa), 043(Chiba), 045(Kanagawa), 045(Kanagawa), 048(Urawa), 054(Shizuoka), 052(Nagoya 1), 052(Nagoya 2), 076(Toyama), 06(Osaka 1), 06(Osaka 2), 082(Hiroshima), and 092(Fukuoka).
Q:What is the difference from IP phones (Internet Phones)?
IP phones uses Internet protocol but Telink International Call uses regular phone line systems therefore any equipments or internet connections are not required.
Q:Can I make international calls from mobile phones anywhere in Japan?
Yes, it is possible to make international calls from mobile phones anywhere in Japan. Register your mobile phone numbers with us before making phone calls. Domestic phone calls from mobile phones are flat rates in Japan.
Q:Can I make phone calls from IP phones?
Yes, make sure your phone number before registering numbers. Some companies use the number starting with "050". We recommend to place a call with your phone and check the receiver's caller ID to make sure your IP phone number.

Telink International Call uses PSTN phone lines therefore the quality of the call is stable. IP phones mainly use internet connections and the quality mostly depended on the internet connection.

Telink International Call uses PSTN international phone calls which have secured lines as well as NTT and KDDI.
Q:Can I use Telink International Call in case of earthquake or other emergency situations?
You are able to use Telink International Call as long as the line of the domestic telephone service is available to use.
Q:Does the telephone call get cut and does it become difficult to connect?
Sometimes the delay to get connected might happen because of the international voice line is crowded and it becomes difficult to connect temporarily.
Q:Is the security of the telephone call insured?
Yes, Telink International Call uses PSTN international phone calls which have secured lines as well as NTT and KDDI.

You are able to start using immediately if you apply online with credit card payment.

No, there are not cancelation fees. However, We are not able to refund any fees already charged.
Q:I applied online but I do not receive any response, what can I do?
After you apply online, you will receive an email from "noreply@net293.com". If you do not receive any emails from the address, probably the address you registered is not correct or check your account carefully (including your junk mail folder).

Check our Calling Rates. Besides using One-Step-Dialing plan, domestic calling fees are charged separately. Please pay local/domestic charges (from the time of connection to the access point until you hang up the phone) to your local carrier separately.

Yes, The rates are the same 24 hours a day.
Q:Are there application fees?
No, there are NO application fees. Special equipments or any internet connections are not necessary.

Yes, Credit Card or BitCash are available to make a payment.
Q:Can I request to issue the call-detailed records?
Yes, we will issue the call-detail records via a mail. It is available to be mailed by request. (Charge: 200yen/month).

An access point (an access number) is Telink International Call's registered phone number like an usual landline number. It is able to make reasonable international calls through this numbers.

Telink International Call needs to recognize the customer phone numbers to provide our service. Register your phone number before you dial. And do not forget to turn call ID active.
Q:Can I register the number on my phone book and make a phone call with one touch?
It depends on the phones therefore it is not guaranteed but it is possible to set up "one touch dial".

Q:During the conversation, suddenly I hear the announcement saying "Destination Numbers..." What is going on?
Our system goes back the beginning of the guidance, when the phone was disconnected by receivers. The possible reasons why it was disconnected are:

・The signal of the receiver's mobile phone was not stable and the line was disconnected.
